The Active Orders page is where Tagging opperations are located. From this page New Tags can be printed, Stock Orders can be scheduled and the Machine Queues can be viewed.
Active orders can be filtered by using the Search bar and or by selecting one or more Departments
To Schedule a new Stock Order, click the “Stock Order” button and enter the following information.
Once the necessary infomation has been provided, click the “Schedule Now” button to schedule the new stock order.
The Machine Queue is where you can see all the orders scheduled on a machine. To view the queue of a machine click the “Show Queues” button at the top of the page.
In the Machine Queue you can filter by Department and Machine to view the scheduled orders.
Orders with a Green background are the active order for the selected machine.
If an order is finished it can marked as complete by right-clicking on the order and selecting the “Mark Complete” option.
If there is another order available in the machine queue, a dialog will suggest the next order to run. To accept the suggested order click the “Yes” button at the bottom of the dialog. Clicking “Cancel” at this point will leave the machine without an active order and one will need to be assigned to it manually (Run Order).
To run a work order from the queue, select the machine from the machine queue, right-click on the order and select “Run Order”.
To start printing tags for an active order, click the “New Tag” button.
Once the New Tag drawer is open, you will need to enter the required information to print the carrier tags.
If the scale weight is not reading correctly, you can click the Refresh icon next to the scale weight to check the scale readout again.
Make sure to check the Operator and Shift Produced fields before clicking the “Print Tag” button. The operator name and shift produced will be printed on the tags. If these fields are not correct be sure to sign in with the correct ID before printing tags. (Operator Signin)
To see the full datasheet information for the selected work order, click the “Datasheet” button.
If there is a situation where the scale weight needs to be input manually, the override weight can be entered into the scale weight field.
After clicking the print tag button, a dialog will appear that requires a selection to continue with printing. From the options provided, select the one that best describes the reason for the scale override.
Once the override reason has been selected, click the “Print Tag” button to continue with printing.
If a carrier does not meet the requirements of the work orders Datasheet, a dialog will be displayed letting you know what requirements are out of spec.
You will need to accept this dialog by clicking “OK” to continue printing tags.
