The Schedule Manager page allows for creating and viewing the production schedule.
The Scheduled Orders tab allows you to see work orders that are currently scheduled or have been completed.
You can filter which work orders are seen by using the following options:
To view the scheduled orders history click the toggle switch labeled “Viewing Current”. This will show orders that have been completed.
To mark an order as complete, right-click on the order row and select the “Mark Complete” option from the context menu.
Review the order in the context menu, then click the “Yes, Complete” button in the dialog.
To view the Datasheet of a scheduled order, right-click on the order row and select the “View Datasheet” option from the context menu.
To move a work order to another machine, right-click on the order row and select the “Move Work Order” option from the context menu.
Then select the machine code from the dialog dropdown. By default the current machine is selected.
To complete the move operation, click the “Move” button once the new machine is selected.
When needing to split a work order, right-click on the order row and select the “Split Work Order” option from the context menu.
Then select the machine code from the dialog dropdown. By default the current machine is selected.
To complete the split operation, click the “Split” button. Once the dialog closes, a duplicate order will be created on the selected machine.
The “Unscheduled Orders” tab allows you to view orders that have not been scheduled yet.
From the Unscheduled Orders tab you have the ability to assign unscheduled work orders a CDS. Unscheduled work orders that were unable to have a CDS automatically assigned will be highlighted in orange.
To assign a CDS, right-click on the unscheduled order row and select the “Assign CDS” option from the contex menu.
To view the full CDS you can double-click on the row, or click the Info icon on the left.
Once the Assign CDS drawer is open, you can select a CDS by clicking on the row. If a row is highlighted, it means that row is the current CDS selected.
After making a selection click the “Assign” button at the top, to assign the CDS to the selected unscheduled order.
To schedule an unscheduled order, right-click on the order you would like to schedule and select the “Schedule Now” option from the context menu.
Next choose the machine that you would like to schedule the order on. The department and its first machine are automatically selected. When you are ready to schedule the order, click the “Schedule” button at the bottom of the dialog.
The Machine Queues tab allows you to schedule Unscheduled Orders and arrange the run order of machine queues, by drag and drop.
The filter bar gives control over what is shown in the machine view. The following options are available:
The “Open Orders” button will open a drawer containing all Unscheuled Orders.
These Orders can be filtered by SO number using the search bar at the top of the drawer.
Once an Unscheduled Order is ready to be moved to a machine, click-and-drag the order and drop it onto the machine box.
Once the Department and Machines in the Filter Bar have been selected, machine boxes will be available for click-and-drag scheduling.
Once an order has been scheduled on a machine it can be moved between machines or up and down in a machines queue. Orders respect where they were placed in the machine queue and will be scheduled in the same position they were dropped.
